Returns & Refund Policy

NuFACE devices can be returned within 60-days of purchase, and NuFACE Activators & Skincare can be returned within 60-days. Attachments, accessories, and Refreshed (Refurbished) Devices are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded unless received damaged. All Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

If you received your product damaged during shipping, please save the damaged box and product(s) and initiate a return below.

We are only able to issue refunds for NuFACE products purchased directly from www.myNuFACE.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.

For all refunds and returns, the serial number and proof of purchase are required.

Price Matching Policy

If you placed an order on NuFACE.com and find a lower price within 10 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a price adjustment by reaching out to our client services team. Limitations apply and are subject to change without notice. Adjustments are made at the sole discretion of NuFACE. Please contact us directly if you have questions about your purchase.

 

Warranty Policy

This policy is applicable to domestic US purchases only: NuFACE will replace authentic devices and attachments eligible for warranty service with merchandise of equal or better quality. Every new Trinity®, Mini, FIX®, and NuBODY® device sold includes a 60-day money-back guarantee and a one (1) year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. Every new TRINITY+, MINI+, and Trinity PRO device sold includes a 60-day money-back guarantee and a two (2) year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. Warranties are only valid for items purchased through authorized sellers, returned within the warranty dates, and have a physical product purchase receipt from the location purchased. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to an accident, misuse, abuse improper maintenance or repair, unauthorized modification, or any other use not found in the printed instructions.

Please note there is no guarantee replacement devices will be the in the same color as was purchased, replacements are subject to availability.

For devices purchased outside of the US, International Returns and International Warranties: All product returns outside of the United States are per your place of purchase-spa, retailer or distributor. Please consult your receipt or place of purchase for their return and warranty policy.

Cancelation Policy

After you place an order, you are able to change or edit your order up to 59 minutes after it was initially placed. You can do so through your order confirmation page (clicking “View Your Order”) or through your MyNuFACE.com account.

If your purchase was made through an authorized retailer and within their return/exchange policy period, please reach out to them directly.

STEP 1- Confirm Authenticity

Verify that your device was purchased from an authorized seller. Please be aware that if you purchase NuFACE from any location not listed as authorized, the product(s) may be counterfeit, defective, and possibly harmful to use. Unfortunately, NuFACE can take no responsibility or warranty any products purchased through unauthorized sellers. Click here to see the list of authorized sellers. 

STEP 2: Confirm Eligibility

USA: This information applies ONLY to NuFACE products purchased in the United States.  Check your date of purchase. If your device was purchased outside this timeline, you are not eligible for a warranty replacement.

STEP 3: Request a Return Authorization

REQUIRED

All requests for a refund or warranty replacement MUST be preauthorized with a Return Authorization (RA) number assigned by NuFACE.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENT TURNAROUND TIME IS 15 BUSINESS DAYS FROM TIME OF PACKAGE RECEIPT
